The Tholsel Blonde is an homage to the great Belgian blonde beers, brewed for centuries in the monasteries and abbeys. A fresh, fruity golden ale with sweet malt flavours, subtle earthy hops and a hint of spice. 

Incredibly refreshing on its own, this beer would also be the perfect accompaniment to chicken or fish.
